피고소인은 고소인이 지역 내에서 많은 주문을 받아 상당한 납품수익을 올리는 점을 평소 시기해 왔습니다.
The accused had long been envious of the complainant for receiving numerous local orders and generating substantial profit from product deliveries.

그 자리에서 피고소인은 다음과 같은 허위사실을 발언하였습니다:
During the meeting, the accused made false statements to the effect that:

고소인이 우산 납품을 잘못 처리하였고

the complainant mishandled an umbrella delivery,

고소인의 공장 제품에 대해 채권자들이 가압류를 진행하였으며

creditors had placed a provisional attachment on products at the complainant’s factory,

고소인은 앞으로 영업을 지속하기 어려울 것이다

and the complainant would likely be unable to continue operating the business.


이러한 발언은 고소인의 지불능력과 신용에 관한 사회적 신뢰를 저하시킬 수 있는 명백한 허위사실입니다.
These false statements were capable of damaging the complainant’s credibility and reputation regarding their financial solvency.

이에 고소인은 철저한 수사와 엄벌을 요청합니다.
