고소인은 피고소인을 준강제추행죄로 고소하오니 철저히 조사하여 엄벌하여 주시기를 바랍니다.

피고소인은 0000. 0. 0. ○○:○○경 ○○시 ○○구 ○○동 소재 고소인이 경영하는 술집에서, 고소인이 피고소인이 억지로 권한 술을 마신 뒤 술에 취해 쓰러져 잠이 들어 항거할 수 없는 상태에 이르자,

On 0. 0. 0000, at approximately ○○:○○, at the bar operated by the complainant located in ○○-dong, ○○-gu, ○○ City, the complainant became intoxicated and collapsed after being pressured by the accused to drink alcohol, rendering the complainant unable to resist.

피고소인은 고소인이 술에 취해 인사불성이 되어 항거불능 상태에 있던 사실을 이용하여고소인의 의사에 반하여 유방을 만지고 손가락을 질내에 삽입하는 등 추행한 사실이 있습니다.

The accused, knowing that the complainant was incapacitated due to severe intoxication and unable to resist,
used this condition and against the complainant’s will, committed indecent acts, including touching the complainant’s breasts and inserting fingers into the complainant’s vagina.
