3. Purpose of the Complaint

고소인은 피고소인을 상대로 아래와 같이 강제추행죄로 고소를 제기하오니 철저히 조사하여 법에 따라 엄벌에 처해주시기 바랍니다.

The complainant hereby files a criminal complaint against the accused for the crime of indecent act by compulsion as described below, and respectfully requests a thorough investigation and strict punishment in accordance with the law.

4. 범죄사실 및 고소이유

4. Facts of the Crime and Grounds for the Complaint

고소인은 0000. 0. 0. ○○:○○경 피고소인이 운영하는 식당에서 피고소인의 친구들과 함께 술을 마시며 시간을 보내던 중, 고소인이 식당 밖에 있는 화장실을 다녀온 후 나오자 피고소인이 갑자기 고소인에게 다가와 손으로 고소인의 가슴 부위를 만지고 벽으로 밀어붙이면서 계속하여 가슴 및 음부를 수회 만졌습니다.

고소인이 이를 뿌리치고 자리를 벗어나려 하자 피고소인은 앞을 가로막아 식당 안으로 들어가지 못하게 하였습니다. 고소인은 억지로 식당 내부로 피신할 수 있었으나, 인간적으로 극심한 수치심과 모멸감을 느꼈습니다.

이에 피고소인의 위와 같은 행위를 법에 따라 엄히 처벌하고자 본 사건에 대한 고소를 제기하오니, 엄중히 조사하여 다시는 이러한 일이 발생하지 않도록 조치하여 주시기 바랍니다.

At approximately ○○:○○ on 0000. 0. 0., while the complainant was drinking and spending time with friends of the accused at a restaurant operated by the accused, the complainant went to a restroom located outside the restaurant. As the complainant was returning, the accused suddenly approached, touched the complainant’s chest with his hand, pushed the complainant against a wall, and repeatedly touched the complainant’s chest and genital area.

When the complainant attempted to resist and leave the area, the accused blocked the complainant’s path and prevented entry back into the restaurant. Although the complainant was eventually able to forcefully take refuge inside the restaurant, the complainant suffered severe humiliation and emotional distress.

Accordingly, the complainant files this complaint seeking strict punishment of the accused in accordance with the law, and respectfully requests a rigorous investigation to ensure that such acts do not recur.
