고소인은 피고소인을 준강간 등의 혐의로 고소하오니 철저히 조사하여 엄벌하여 주시기를 바랍니다.

The complainant hereby files a criminal complaint against the accused on suspicion of quasi-rape and related offenses, and respectfully requests a thorough investigation and strict punishment.

피고소인은 고소인의 이웃에 거주하는 자인 바,
0000. 0. 0. 고소인은 직장 근무를 마치고 ○○도 ○○시 ○○면 ○○리 소재 고소인의 집에서 격무로 인해 깊이 잠들어 있었는데, 피고소인은 잠을 자고 있는 고소인의 옷을 벗기고 자신의 바지를 내린 상태에서 고소인의 음부 등을 만지다가 ○회 간음하였습니다.

The accused resides in the neighborhood of the complainant. On 0000. 0. 0., after finishing work, the complainant was at the complainant’s home located in ○○-ri, ○○-myeon, ○○-si, ○○ Province, and was sleeping deeply due to extreme fatigue. While the complainant was asleep, the accused removed the complainant’s clothing and, with the accused’s pants lowered, touched the complainant’s genital area and engaged in sexual intercourse with the complainant ○ times.

이 사건으로 인해 고소인은 정신적으로 매우 큰 충격을 입어 현재까지도 정신병원에서 치료 중에 있는 바, 피고소인을 철저히 조사하여 엄벌하여 주시기를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.

As a result of this incident, the complainant suffered severe psychological trauma and is still receiving treatment at a psychiatric hospital. The complainant earnestly requests that the accused be thoroughly investigated and strictly punished.
