가.
장남 박○○에게는 ○○소재 대지 ○평 건평 ○○평 거주가옥 1동을 상속한다.
→ (a) To my eldest son, Park ○○, I devise one residential house located in ○○, consisting of land of ○ pyeong and building area of ○○ pyeong.

2남 박○○에게는 ○○소재 대지 ○평 위 지상건물 1동 건평 ○평을 상속한다.
→ (b) To my second son, Park ○○, I devise one building located on ○ pyeong of land in ○○, with a building area of ○ pyeong.

장녀 박○○에게는 주식 중 ○○주식회사 및 ○○회사의 주식 ○○주를 상속한다.
→ (c) To my eldest daughter, Park ○○, I bequeath ○○ shares of stock in ○○ Co., Ltd. and ○○ Company.

처 유○○에게는 ○○은행 예금 50,000,000원과 ○○은행 적금 30,000,000원을 상속한다.
→ (d) To my wife, Yoo ○○, I bequeath a deposit of KRW 50,000,000 at ○○ Bank and a savings account of KRW 30,000,000 at ○○ Bank.

위 다. 라. 이외의 동산은 일단 장남 박○○에게 상속시키되 유언자의 처 유○○와 협의하여 나누어도 좋다.
→ All movable property other than that specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) above shall initially be inherited by my eldest son, Park ○○; however, he may divide the same in consultation with my wife, Yoo ○○.

장남 박○○은 내가 사망 후 2남 박○○의 대학졸업까지 학자금을 부담하며 학업에 지장이 없도록 할 것.
→ My eldest son, Park ○○, shall bear the educational expenses of my second son, Park ○○, until his graduation from university after my death and shall ensure that his studies are not hindered.
4.
유언집행자로서 유언자의 동생인 박○○을 지정한다.
→ I hereby appoint my younger brother, Park ○○, as the executor of this Will.
5.
장남, 2남, 장녀 등은 협조하여 어머니에게 효도를 다하며 형제간에 화목할 것.
→ My eldest son, second son, and daughter shall cooperate, show filial devotion to their mother, and maintain harmony among siblings.
위 유언을 정확하게 하기위하여 유언자 자신이 이 증서의 전문을 기재하고 이에 일자 및 성명을 기명날인한다.
→ In order to ensure the accuracy of this Will, I have personally written the entirety of this document and affix my date and signature/seal hereto.
